Our 5-Step Process, Built Around You

10-15 min

Step 1: Initial Consultation

When we visit your home for the first time, we take our shoes off at the door and come prepared to listen.

We hear your vision, understand your goals, and offer professional advice that helps you make decisions.

You’ll get a detailed quote the same day or the following day, so you can move forward with a clear picture of what’s ahead.

1 Week

Step 2: Transparent Proposal and Design Guidance

You’ll receive a detailed proposal through JobTread, our client portal. It outlines the exact scope of work and average allowances for materials such as tile, shower fixtures, and vanity lights.

If your material selections come in under allowance, you receive a refund or credit. If you go over, a change order handles the difference. It’s a simple system designed to keep everything transparent and easy to track.

We’ve partnered with The Tile Shop to give you a complimentary design consultation with a dedicated designer. That expert guidance comes at no extra cost, and this partnership also secures you an exclusive 10% discount on your material selections.

10-15 min

Step 3: Scheduling and Pre-Construction

With your approval and a signed agreement in place, we set a start date and get to work right away.

We’ll give you a clear picture of the schedule upfront so you can plan your days without stress.

All materials are ordered at least two to three weeks before construction begins, so everything is on-site and ready the moment the crew arrives.

1 Week

Step 4: Construction

Once we start your project, we stay on it. We never pull our crew to work on something else, so your remodel stays on track and in capable hands from beginning to completion.

Your property is treated with care: drop cloths go down over your floors, carpet savers protect the pathway in and out of the house, and a clean job site at the end of every day.

Owners Danielle and Brandon will communicate with you directly via phone, text, email, or JobTread. We also visit the site periodically to personally check on progress.

10-15 min

Step 5: Final Walkthrough & Follow Up

When construction wraps up, we schedule a final walkthrough together and go through every detail.

We don’t consider the project closed until you tell us you’re satisfied.

After that, we personally follow up with a call to hear about your experience and any feedback you’d like to share.
